I acknowledge and agree that I have read and agree to be bound by the Policies and Procedures posted on this website and further agree that the information I have placed on this form is true and accurate in all respects.  I understand that the reservation is considered binding on me and is non-cancelable once I submit this form, and that my credit card will be charged the appropriate charges subject to the policies and procedures. I also understand at the option of Supercabins, W.A.S. Properties, LLC, or Walden’s Creek, LLC, that this reservation is not binding on Supercabins, W.A.S. Properties, LLC or Walden’s Creek LLC until I have done all of the following: Signed a completed reservation agreement and returned it to Supercabins, submitted a photocopy of the front and back of my driver’s license, submitted a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card that I made the charge with, and my reservation agreement has been signed by either W.A.S. Properties or Walden’s Creek, LLC and I have received a written confirmation number.
